Here we go boys, just tell the cop that you want to go to the station to take the blood test or the breath test, the urine test is not an option anymore. Do not resist to take the test, but tell the cop that you will submit to the test at the station(blood or breath). If you refuse to take the test it is an AUTOMATIC 1 YEAR suspension of all driving rights or 2 years of driving to and from work, if you get caught driving when you are suspended the Judge now has the option on the first offense to slap you in the pokey for 6 months.
