I have given some bad info. I noticed on my walk in this morning. The parking lot to use is located on the corner of F MARTINEZ AND COAHUILA. F Martinez normally is crowded with the street vendors every day of the week so turning on Coahuila from there is a spot the police love to wait for people at. Avoid going down Martinez if possible. Instead, go two block more to Mutualismo, Make the right get to Coahuila off Articulo 123. You will see the sign for parking when you reach the stop sign @ Martinez. When you leave the zone, avoid going back towards the bars. Head back the way you came and make a left on the street after Martinez to get back to Juarez and back to the boarder or other points in TJ. I walk this three days a week and still do not know all the street names. Damn.
