That is very good advice about going to the police station. If Blazers got the information on the cops, or the car number, it is still not too late. From what I understand, the higher-ups in the TJ municipal force realyy are trying to clean things up. However, if Blazers drives his vehicle in TJ frequently, reporting these cops could make him a target for retaliation, which is why I did not suggest it.
