When did this local new "no contact" rule go into effect? I was in Cheetha's on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. a couple months ago and enjoyed a few full contact lap dances that had me thinking TJ when I was finished. Traditionally, the rule has been that in clubs that serve alcohol no touching is allowed, or very little. Clubs like Cheethas that serve non-alcoholic beverages get away with A LOT more. Cheethas has the best looking strippers in SD county IMO and also offer the best lap dances at $10 a dance (table dances are $5 and pretty good), even if the dances are not as long as I'd like. The strippers are generally young, HOT looking, aim to please, and reflect the ethnic diversity of San Diego. A no touch law in effect at Cheethas would seriously hurt their business. Celtics
