The no-contact ordinance went into effect Dec. 1st but they weren't gonna start enforcing it until Jan. 1st. I havent been myself yet but I know some people that have reported that the Deja Vu clubs were already enforcing it themselves. I haven't been to Cheetahs yet but I have to agree it is probably the best place in the city of San Diego. Little Darlings has fewer girls but if you find the right girl you can get a very intimate dance. good luck
