I don't think she had any reason to lie to me. We have known each other for some time now. And she grew up in Tijuana. However, I have seen this guy dozens of times in ever bar and I have never seen anybody actually take him up on his offer of services. So, I haven't seen it used myself. But, has anyone here used this particular man's services? Or are you just guessing?
