Erip; Here is my question, Who sees the MAJORITY opinion as blatantly partisan? You? I guess it is just a difference of opinion here, as I, as a law school graduate see the Florida Supreme Court rulings as having no rule in law and being ideological rulings. Chief Justice Wells admitted as much. Now I will admit I am a Bush Partisan, but I think the law is the law. Where did you get your information on O'Conner? I have never seen her as partisan (she leans right I would say 60% of the time) I would think this President would replace Rehnquist and Stephens this term. O'Conner seems awfully young to retire. I will just have to disagree on O'Conner and Kennedy. They probably are more right of center than left but I see them as Centrists. No comment on Beyer and Souter? Are they right wing Nazis too?
