hi- you will not regret it !! local people here say san deigo is one of the most expensive places to live. thats becuase they have not been anywhere else. it is a bargain for what you get!!! it is like being on a vacation every day of the year !!!! try boston or new york for $800 a month for A studio that is more dangerous than TJ. the best place for short money is chula vista. thats what i have chose and simply have no regrets. yes - i do have one regret i should have been here years ago. national city is terrible - they give away apartments if you buy a toaster. dont move to TJ EITHER - i have looked into it already and is not that much cheaper than south bay . plus waiting 1 hr at the border to get through sucks !!! and you are at the mercy of the mexican government which at anytime can take any item in your house or apartment that you do not have reciepts or papers for. ( i spent a lot of time and talked to 3 different lawyers in tj about that - they all said the same thing ) |
