Tijuana is a great place to put a statue of Abraham Lincoln the great liberator and supporter of freedom for everyone. After all, Americans have been coming over the border for years to engage in search of self-fulfillment (e.g, gambling, drinking, screwing) frowned on by the authorities of their native country. I wonder which father of San Diego thought of this.
