I made my first trip to Nogales in a year - I was there last Super Bowl weekend and the place was going strong. Placers and Rio hadn't opened yet, but Lord Black was absolutely phenomenal. Last weekend was WAY down from the same time last year - the clubs were REALLY quiet, quantity and quality of chicas was also significantly diminished from last year. Lord Black was a ghost town with a handful of enticing chicas along with a few who could only get hired to mop the bathroom floors a year ago. Placers was busy, but only had 7-10 chicas working Thursday and Friday (never got there Saturday). Lipsticks was just sad. The only club that had the excitement quotient I expect in Nogales was Rio on Saturday night. Also noticed many fewer gringos in the clubs than in the past, which could explain the chica shortage. Was this an aberration, or is Nogales on a downslide? The obvious answer would seem to be that the addition of the 2 new clubs has spread the talent and the customers. But I think if you crammed the hotties from Placers and Rio into the deserted Lord Black and Lipsticks, you still wouldn't approach the level I encountered last year.
