I have been there and I got there using a city bus. The fare was 4 pesos. They took the via rapido, so the trip wasn't inordinately slow either. I caught the bus just past the corner of second and Revolucion, I believe. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for the bus and ask every driver if they were going to the main bus terminal, but if it saved me 14 bucks I'd say it was worth it.
