I got dinged for $15 to the main bus station both times. I think it's a standard return fare (at the airport and bus station you pay a set amount for a taxi ticket depending on what area of TJ you're going to), but it's free market capitalism getting there from the border. Both times I used the ABC terminal near the border I travelled on Sunday. We spent a half hour sitting in Sunday afternoon traffic in Rosarito. Other days might be faster. BTW, the main terminal is something to see. Buses coming in from all over Mexico, and passengers loaded up with suitcases, goods, and souvenirs heading to every corner of the country. It's a happenin' place...
