Name a Mexican President (or an American President for that matter)in the past 20 years that hasn't said the same shit. What's the guy supposed to say? Until there's some walk to the talk, the ball is still in play. It may be a new team coming in but the game will go on. If they ever put a stop to drug traffic, the unemployment lines would be too long. It'll never happen. It would be too just. Too many mouths get fed off this biz on both sides of the border and on both sides of the law. If Fox does anything to flip the applecart too much, he's got as much a chance of getting whacked by someone from this side (trying to justify his existence) as he does from a cartel guy trying to keep what he's got.
