While I admire Fox for trying to improve the economic and social situation in Mexico I feel his overly ambitious mindset and cockiness may also lead to his downfall and death. First he wants to shut down the drug cartels and then prostitution. Talk about a eternal optimist. Shutting down legal prostitution may be the easy part but hell will freeze over before he shuts down the drug cartels. Sam Donaldson interviewed Fox after his election and he said if Fox is going to try to clean up the drug trade that many will try to assasinate him. Fox's reply: Going ahead and try(talk about being cocky,brave,or stupid). IMHO Fox has a death wish. These drug cartels aren't playing around. How difficult is it to kill one man? I'm not advocating assasination but it's a reality in Mexico. |
