It is obvious that visitors to TJ can and do get "arrested" everyday (or shakendown)... I've heard of cops busting (shaking down) gringos for merely talking (soliciting) street girls... IMHO it would be really difficult to get hit up by a cop if you stick to AB & CC. Not much of a chance at the other zona clubs either.. I doubt that much changes in la zona regardless of what the written laws state... They cum & go (laws) but prostitution has been and always will be... |
