That is when the real test would come into play.

I think most people overuse/misuse the word love.
The word is used so casually that the word is losing it's luster in my opinion. That's why I suggested there should be love and then true love.

It's like the word friend. Totally overused in my opinion. The vast majority of "friends" are fairweather blood sucking leaches that would sell you out in heartbeat. From 1st hand experiences.

Let's use taking a bullet for you example. If there was a bullet headed for you and your "friend" saw it coming how many would take a bullet for you.

Think about it.
