This is definitely a statute addressing the corruption of minors and not prostitution. Here are some small corrections. This statute doesn't mention any $100 fine. What is does mention is a fine of 20 to 100 DAYS (Y DE VEINTE A CIEN DIAS MULTA...and from 20 to 100 days fine). This is a little confusing because it had just mentioned a prison term of from 1 to 5 years. It also states that when these acts of corruption are repeated upon the same minor and that minor engages in certain illegal activities that the punishment increases. LA PENA DE PRISION SERA DE CINCO A DIEZ AŅOS Y DE CIEN A CUATROCIENTOS DIAS MULTA...the prison term will be from 5 to 10 years and from 100 to 400 days fine. I can only imagine that the fine amount is such as X per day. The more days you are assessed a fine the greater the amount would be. This is not a straigth translation but more of a summary of the more relevant parts. Anyone the really needs a word by word translation let me know and I will attempt it. My spanish skills have deminished now that I am not doing as many non-english speaking chicas here in L.A. as I used to. :-)
