This is more about the corruption of a minor or persons under the age of 18. If you provide them alcohol or drugs you could server 5 years in prison and one hundred dollar fine. It also goes on and says that if you are engaged with sexual acts of different sorts with a minor you will serve time and be fined. It looks like it applies to bar/club owners and private persons more than being related to prostitution. This is just a rough summary not a translation.
