Some of the mongers here seem to be overly trusting

when I've posted IMHO that the statement "most people are good" is full of sh*t, I've been flamed or felt sorry by some mongers. I actually feel sorry for them if indeed they are so trusting because they will get stabbed in the back eventually for being so trusting. We are supposed to take precautions when we have sex so why not when it comes to trusting people. A person should earn your trust, it should not be given without even knowing the person. I wish the world was a better place with better people. Unfortunately it is not IMHO. There is a Native American tale: An Indian befriended a injured snake and brought it back to health. The snake eventually bites the Indian. The Indian asked the snake "why did you bite me?, I thought you were my friend". The snake replied, you knew what I was when you befriended me. I'm not saying all people are snakes, but there certainly is enough of them to be weary. Unlike some people would like to believe you don't always get what you put out. Good doesn't not always win over bad.
