Almost to a chica, there is no thought of advance planning in the ZN, nor any thought that they need to prepare for the long haul. If you ask the chicas why they don't learn English, they generally say that they're too stupid to learn (even though they all know that the English speaking girls make more $$). The real reason they don't bother is that they don't plan on being in the ZN long enough for it to pay off. |
