Ditto on everything above plus one thing more. If the guy in front of the Chicago Club takes me around the back way where I end up in the far right lane I will tip him $1 on top of the $5 cab fee. It wouldn't kill me to walk from the taxi stand over the bridge and across the 6 lanes of traffic but I appreciate his effort in getting me a bit closer. It's also a nicer drive that way as opposed to the mess on the socalled freeway.
