Let's say a chica claims she had your baby.

In order to pursue you for child support she applies for and receives (or maybe already has) a VISA.

She takes you to court here in the United States. You question being the child's actual father, so the judge orders a paternity test.

Two possibilities:

1 - The test shows you are NOT the father. You are off the hook for child support.

2 - The test shows you ARE the father.

Being a mean SOB, you sue for complete custody with NO visitation allowed by the mother. You do this based on her moral turpitude - after all, she IS a prostitute who has sex for money with hundreds of guys. Plus she is a proven liar (she signed a sworn statement when she got her VISA that said she had never done any of those terrible things our Congress has decided prohibit a person from entering the U.S. of A. - such as engaging in acts of prostitution).

So, chances are good you can gain complete custody of the child, and have her expelled from the U.S. with no chance of ever being allowed back in, and probably no chance of ever seeing the child again.

Now, facing that as a possibility, what is she going to do?

[BTW, the above is based on an actual case. It proceeded to the point where the monger made a deposition detailing her activities as a prostitute, at which point she dropped the case and went back to Mexico - WITH her child - based on her attorneys advice. Her attorney was shocked that she was a prostitute, but propositioned her anyway - according to her, anyway.]
