KRICO (I used to have a fave that said that all the time, I was richer then) you said: "typically ordering the house special, a steak, which is called something like "La Cabrera...at the El Taurino" I've had it, I'm not sure of the name either except you're close, possibly the best steak I've had. It's like a butterfly cut of a large filet. I had it medium, perfect.
