The fiancée VISA is the fastest, and can be done in 3 months - although it often does take longer. Be sure you really know each other well before you try this, since they will ask you both a LOT of questions. (Based on what I have been told). This is the most certain way to get her a VISA. A work VISA is MUCH harder. You have to prove that she has skills that are desperately needed in the U.S. of A., that are specialized, and that there are not people here who can fill the job. I've been down this path as well, and we had to advertise for people to fill the position, and interview every single person that applied.
