I believe the fastest way to get a chica across the border legally is through a fiancee VISA which takes a minimum of 3-6 months. This has been written many times in the Redsnake archives. However, I was also wondering how easy it is for a mexican national to get a tourist or work VISA to come to the U.S. I believe this is also very difficult to obtain.
