Talked to the owner of Eskandall recently. This is the new bar and hotel next to Tropical that has been under construction for so long. He took me on a tour. Bar is in, furniture in, the place is going to be the nicest bar in the zona, with only top chicas. He says he will be open sometime around May 1st, maybe before. This place is going to be hot!
