Several weeks ago I posted a criminal statute of the State of Baja that imposes SERIOUS jail terms to anyone who leads a minor (specified as under 18) to prostitution. Obviously there isn't a whole lot of current concern with enforcing pimping/corruption of minor laws as this one is openly and notoriously violated by a few of the zona bars, and when the occasional crackdowns come, they don't come down very hard because it's business as usual soon thereafter. But to assert that it is LEGAL before 8PM to employ girls under 18 years old in a hooker bar (or ANY bar since corrupting a minor INCLUDES GIVING THEM ACCESS TO ALCOHOL under this statute), is preposterous beyond belief.
