I strongly disagree with your OPINION that it is LEGAL for underage chicas to work before 8 PM, as almost every bar I have been to in TJ has some sort of warning that it is illegal for minors to even ENTER bars at ANY time. Underage chicas ARE, however, apparently TOLERATED in some bars in the ZN. I have also heard of the '8PM' deadline for them to turn into pumpkins, but my OPINION is that this is just some arrangement of TOLERANCE the Tropical cartel has arranged with the cops and that they STILL take the precaution of hooking the youngn's up with fake ID's to at least give the apperance of propriety. Of course this puts them at risk of what I am sure Explorer would believe is a MASSIVE roving police fake ID task force on a MISSION to stamp out underage chicas in the Zona that just APPEARS to the DELUSIONAL not to be working... I am not a Mexican lawyer, but neither the hell are you. If someone who KNOWS can point out an ordinance that says 'It's hunky dory for jailbait hookers to work in ZN bars before sunset' I will stand corrected.
