You are correct. I mis-spoke, it is not legal for the underage chicas to work in the bars, even before 8 pm. BT and some of the other bars have some sort of deal with the local authorities that allows the underage chicas to work in those bars prior to 8 pm. The same bars can be closed, however, if they employ the same chicas after 8 pm. As for the existence of 'foreign' chicas in the ZN, as I first said, I do not deny their existence. However, their presence is neither legal nor tolerated. |
