I dont know if any of you saw the story about the Ricky Martin lookalike in TJ, who was recently caught and now apparently sits in a TJ jail (charged with drugging(?), perhaps hitting, and raping at least two American(?) females). News coverage i saw on it showed the reporter outside Senor Frogs in Pueblo Amigo, so that must have been a pick-up spot for him. side note: alleged criminals really dont have it good in Mexico, this show had a cameraman right outside his cell looking in, the guy had no place to hide! but the main question relates to Porker mentioning statutory rape ... mine is about rape in general. Can a guy in the zona be arrested for rape, or does the transfer of $$$ make a charge must less possible? I've heard stories of guys leaving girls (mostly sg's) in tears from semi-abuse in the room. Toss in alcohol, an agreed-upon deal gone awry, etc., who knows what happens. Removing the $$$ aspect, many of these cases would be rape, no question about it.
