"The group was going to attempt to shut down all traffic at border." Well we can't have that, so we will just shut down most of the traffic ourselves. Doesn't anyone realize how bad that logic is??? There were major protests in Quebec, but that makes sense because that is where the Summit of the Americas is being held.
