Porker, that may be so and that is why I said he's "exposed" to big time criminal liability as opposed to saying that he will fry. Certainly law enforcement is ultimately ruled by prosecutorial discretion. But you may get nailed on Thursday and they had the big meeting on Wednesday where the prosecutor announced that he wants to make an example of 10 gringos...or yesterday's boss changed jobs and the new boss brings a new outlook. Just issuing a reminder that when you commit an on the books federal offense, you COULD face the worse at any time. Look for tougher enforcement in the future as the economy gets further flushed down the toilet.
