"...'senora' for an older woman that they have respect for..." That's the one I use. As part of the program of treating them with R-E-S-P-E-C-T. None of my amigas especiales are "girls". The youngest is 26. They've all gotten it together pretty well and have the money or are saving toward buying whatever their goal is. However they're working in an occupation that doesn't get much R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Treating them with respect is one of those wonderful opportunities that costs me very little and seems to be worth something to them. Yes, just like us, they're working for the money. And, just like us, sometimes the working conditions are more important than extra money. Regards, |
