Krico, It is great to hear stories like that. Gives you a more humanizing look at the process and the reciprocity of treating people well. My only pet peeve about the tipping at AB, is how for the last year they always have that one guy near the main desk asking you for a tip for the room after you already gave the guy who is actually cleaning it a buck. I wonder if he ever cleans any.
