There's an old short story called "The Lady And The Tiger". I don't rememer all the details, but it's about this princess who falls in love with this guy who's in love with another woman. Eventually, he's put into the gladiator's ring to fight. There are two doors. Behind one is a ferocious tiger who'll eat him. Behind the other is his true love and they'll live happily ever after. The princess tells him which door his true love is behind. But is the princess telling him the truth--or would she rather see him dead if she can't have him? That's kind of my experience in the ZN in a nutshell. When a chica tells me stuff I never know, when I open the door, if I'm gonna be lunch or find happiness. Keeps things very interesting. But you gotta learn to love ambiguity. The ZN runs on the stuff.
