If you go to San Felipe by way of Ensenada you will hit at least two military check points. Make sure the chica is not carrying drugs. The military is just checking for drugs and firearms and my want to see proof of ownership of the vechicle. My favorita and I went to San Felipe for two days about two yars ago. Very boring but we wound up drinking and a couple of gringo bars next to the malecon and then hitting the mexican bars at night.
