The first two thirds were accurate and useful, although I would like to add that this works from any phone that is capable of calling the U.S., including cellular, not just Ladatel pay phones. If you will rarely use pay phones, you may not want to go to the trouble of getting a calling card. Most, maybe all, of the phones that accept money will accept quarters as well as pesos. A few will even accept dimes. The last sentence was useless information.
