I have not used an ATM yet in TJ. I have been worried about the problems of being a target. I carry an ATM card with me just encase I need it. Once I was picked up by the cops for "soliciting" and they offered to take me to an ATM to get the money for the "fine". I had the cash, so it was OK. But, I carry the card just encase I run out of money and have to pay those bastard cops their "fines". You have a GREAT idea about AB having an ATM. I wonder why they don't? I have been asked several times by mongers where an ATM is.
