In the lobby on the Miami side. Don't know if ever worked, though. Safest ATM I know of (and the one I know at least sometimes gives dollars) is in the shopping plaza at the Mexicoach station on Revolucion, on the same block as Bambi. The plaza closes rather early, however, (usually by 8-9 PM), so after that you're kinda on your own. The guys running the 'help the gringo use the ATM' scam are con artists plain and simple. They tend to work that Bital on 2nd and Rev. pretty regularly because that is the main tourist drag. There is an ATM on 4th right across from Madonas that may be a little further from their radar.
