this thread is not getting much posted, so here goes:

If all works as planned will stay under radar, but should be at Presidente first two nights starting June 20, leave 6 a.m. July 2. If things work out, I'll be hanging out with a favorita (trust me on this, she's worth passing up other chicas). Hopefully we'll make it to the beaches and other sites, now I'm racking my brain about what gift to bring. Suggestions welcome.

You should have a blast Gitano. Personally I recommend the American girls, whether they are white or hispanic, but then again my Spanish sucks. Two of the Mexican chicas were VERY disappointing, and even the one from Adelita, while she had a very good body, just wasn't all that.

Still arrive very late Thursday, but favorita now scheduled to arrive Saturday night, so it looks like I'll have nothing to do till she gets there.

Ya, right! Still staying at Presidente for a few days, then hopefully hit the beaches and other attaractions. Spanish getting better by the day. Still leaving very early July 2.

I'm new to this board but am a regular at costaricasex.com. I will be in CR for July 4th weekend with a friend and was wondering if any veteran from this board will be there also. Alright its official, just booked a flight to CR today. Be there from Aug 19-26. Haven't decided where to stay yet.

At Presedente August 3 to the 9th. Spanish classes in the AM, Spanish practice in the PM. Hope to meet some posters. I be the one with the grey beard and long hair.

I have been to SJ once about 4 years ago. Anyone up for a drink?

I'm going to Costa Rica for the week of Thanksgiving. I've been there about half a dozen times. My first trip was four years ago, and I also spent Thanksgiving there in 1999. For that trip I went rafting, rented a SUV to drive around the countryside, and spent some time at the beach. I'm likely to do the same thing this time out.

Generally I found that this is an ideal time because there are very few Americans and the weather is usually good. In fact the week after Thanksgiving offically begins the high season. I was able to find hotels at all the popular tourists spots and I had no advance reservations.

Let me know if you are interested in meeting for part of all of the trip. Note that Continental has a pretty good fare as is now flying a 767 into San Jose from Houston.
