Hondurans are really good as is Costa Rican. Frankly I can't tell the difference as long as its fresh.

The problem is those Honduran and Costa Rican cigars that make it to the US are so dried out that you think all of the cigars are crap compared to Cubans.

I am new to the website/ I am a Grino living in Panama City 50% of the time since January of this year and the rest of the time I live in Las Vegas. After living in Panama City, all I can say is that Las Vegas in a joke in terms of sex. Like my Panamanian/American friend says. "In Las Vegas they talk about and tease about sex, in Panama they just have it." I have lived in LV for 7 years, and this is a true statement. I was just there around El Panama Hotel and the new casino right up the street from there has excellent SG's ready, able and willing..............I was VERY occupied on this trip (happy to say) and could not even think about getting laid one more time when I was approached by two VERY attractive student types around 22 hanging out at the Internet Cafe (the one with tables outside across from Pomodoro rest., across the street from the other side of the new casino). Those of us who are "regulars" to Panama all have our favorite hotels. Go to tree view and drill down to Panama hotels...there you will find many from cheap to money to burn.

I personally don't like to spend a lot of money on lodging...all I need is someplace safe, secure, clean and comfortable. I prefer Hotel California...they are friendly, armed guards (say hi to them so they know you are a guest and they will watch-out for you and even call cabs), daily maid service, clean sheets and towels, they mop the floor everyday, a/c units blow cold, shower is hot, lock boxes at the front desk, CNN color TV, ice machine on the 3rd floor, small pool on the roof, telephone in the room...beds are comfortable...room is about the size of a large dorm room...maybe big enough for two standard beds. Cost $22 per night. 507-263-7736.

Other hotels you can look-up that are in the $25/night range and mostly chica friendly...Acapulco, Andino, Arenteiro, Bella Vista, Costa Azul, Covadonga, Lisboa, Los Arcos, Marparaiso, Milan. Upon check-in, I tell them "double occupancy" so that they know I will have an extra person in my room..."doble occupacion" cost $2 or $3 per night. This helps avoid the hassle at night when I have a woman with me. If you don't pay double occupancy and you take a woman to your room, some hotels want an extra $7 or $8 on the spot. Pre-pay, then you can tell them to go fuck themselves if they hassle you...tell them to re-check the register...you already paid double occupancy.

There are many ways of meeting women in Panama. Sometimes you do not even have to try...women may approach you.

Depends upon what you are looking for. If you are looking for a sure fuck, professionally done and no strings attached afterwards...then you need to go to one of the many massage parlors (MPs) in Panama City. Golden-time $84, Caribean Center $60, Royal Elegance Center $75, Relax Oriental $62, River Club $60, Hawaii Center $60...taxi-cabs will take you...you'll pay an extra $10 or so for the kick-back the cab driver will get...once you know where the place is...next trip take a taxi to a nearby business, wait until the cab driver departs or can no longer see where you are going...then sneak over to the MP...this will save you $10 or so.

If you are looking for room service....check-out www.elcomplaciente.com look at the photos and order the chica you like best...realize you will pay double or even triple what you would normally pay per hour at a regular MP.

Avoid the strip clubs...they are a real rip-off...you will blow more coin just talking to the chicas and then you will have to pay 3-times the MP rate to fuck them...the booze and women are simply over-priced.

If you want street girls (SGs) you can find them just after sunset (6-630PM until 8 or 830PM) in Caledonia. Realize that hookers off the street are illegal in Panama...Tourist Cops keep a watchful eye on gringos...if you are white and if they see you simply speaking with a SG...they will harass you and maybe even bust you. Best way to get a SG is to hire a taxi to drive you around. When you see a SG you like, have the cab driver drop you off on the far side of the block, then have him go pick-up the SG. When he swings around, you get into the cab and interview her...make sure she doesn't have a dick. Tell the cab driver to take you to a push-button hotel $10-$12 for an hour or two. Don't pay the SG any more than $30. Don't drink or eat anything while you are with her. Don't trust her period. Be sure to suit-up. When you are done, kick her out of your room, lock the door, then take a shower. I don't do SGs because they are such a hassle.

If you like non and semi-pro action, then you need to hit the night clubs. All night clubs are open on Friday and Saturday nights...the most popular ones are open weeknights. Cabs know where all these places are: Unplugged, Sahara, Opah, Liquid, Rock Cafe, Le Mansion, Baccus, Wasabi, El Cantina...then there is Benigan's Sports bar, Bolero, TGI Friday's, etc. All are very good places to meet semi and non-pros.

Remember, the going rate for a fuck in Panama is about $1 per minute...fucking can be had for less, unfortunately most newbies over-pay by 2-3 times which ruins paradise for the rest of us. Don't be afraid to haggle...Latina admire a man who can set a fair price and they will disrespect you as a fool if you over-pay. If you over-pay, you may get a clock watcher and lousy sex. Be firm and fair...tell them you know what the going rate is...they'll fuck you better out of respect.

Heading to PC March 30-April 2. Staying at the Veneto. First time in PC. Would like some feedback about the Hotel, the woman that hang there, and a good dance club.

Go to Sahara's. On Friday and Saturday nights they usually have a live band playing US 80s rock n roll. Lots of Colombian hookers swim through the bar in packs of 4 or 5. If you see 4 or 5 women together, just make eye contact. They will come over.

For a dance club just jump into any taxi and ask them to take you to one of the better discos. During the week nights many of the discos take turns staying open, so you taking will take you from one to the next until he finds one that is open.

Recommed having dinner at Benegins, then ask your waiter for night club recommendations. Or, the bar tenders (chicas) are always friendly. Often I've had them make recommendations.

Women that hang in the Casinos typically are pros. My personal preference is to avoid Casino whores. Instead, try to pick-up a non or semi-pro at a club. The try the outdoor bar across from the Marriott. If all fails, then go to one of the many MPs for a sure fuck.

GOing to be staying at the Veneto, but also heard the TOrres del alba next door is better and cheaper.
Is that true? This will be my first trip as a hobbyist.

I'm pretty sure you will pay more at Veneto compared to Torres del Alba. I never priced them but my guess is Veneto charges $100-$125 per night (maybe more) whereas Alba may charge $50-$75 per night or so. (Anyone in the Peanut Gallery pls correct me if I am wrong, this is just my guess and I know many of you have stayed at both these hotels).

However, if you are worried about spending too much on hotels, I always stay at Hotel California ($32-$33 per night) on via Espania. It is probasbly the best of the cheaper hotels. I always get nice hot water, good cold a/c, clean sheets & clean room, daily maid service, Cable color TV, phone, lock box at the reception desk, they have wireless Internet now, and armed security out front (say hi and be nice to them and they will keep an eye on you and protect you until you get into a cab or until you enter the hotel).

Given your short trip with no weekend I recommend that you go straight to the massage parlors (Golden Time, Hawaii Center, Caribean Center, Oasis, Relax Oriental, River Club, Club Miami, Royal Elegance Center, etc.) for a sure fuck. Use the yellow pages in your hotel room, look under "Masajes" and you will see the a bunch of them.

Being a newbie pls try to not over-pay the whores. I know you might say, "what the hell, I don't want any trouble...this is my first-time, I'll give her what she asks." But seriously, at most MPs it is $20-$23 at the door for a 1-hour massage and then you negotiate the deal with the chica in the room (say sexo and smile)...they always ask for $100+ to start if you seem nervous, $80 if you are only a little jumpy, $60 if you are calm, and $40 if you are me.

I understand Golden Time (in El Dorado) charges full-up at the door...something like $80 or $90. Caribean Center too is trying to collect$80 at the door. Caribean Center is also in El Dorado and I think they are just trying to match GT's rates and/or both places are run by the same Chinese. It is a load of crap. Last June they tried to charge me $80 and the mamason ended-up giving up on me...she only got $20 from me and the chica got $40 and a $5 tip.

Hawaii Center in Caledonia is not too bad (seedier part of town) and typically they are pretty straight-up $20 at the door (extra cost for drinks) and $40 negotiated in the room.

River Club and/or Relax Oriental are in the same compound near the intersection of Via Argentina and Via Espania. You can definitely fuck there for around $60 complete. Relax charges $23 or so for a 1-hour massage...go figure.

Bring your favorite brand of US condoms because Panamanian brands are really tight and not so reliable.

Make sure you read my Panama Guide for other finer details. I probably need to update it as it is a little dated. Maybe after my next trip.
