what is the deal with all the american families and religios groups on varig flights? My last three times down here i took varig and I barely saw a guy that looked like he was going for the women, but american families and religious groups abound. with those stats the girls have a much better chance of getting converted than fucked. lets just hope i can get to the girls before the religious groups.

Hey, I've got my tickets, my visa, and arrangements for apartment/guide service from Amerioca. I've got some Portugese CDs, and have listened a little. I have plans to get a copy of the passport, and buy some condoms. What else am I, and every first-time Rio monger, forgetting? My apartment is supposed to have internet, so I should be easily in touch when I arrive Aug. 8. I hope to hook up with a few of you guys and learn how to have an awesome time the first time out.

Broman, bring some chocolates, candies, stuff like that for the ladies. Nothing with peanut butter, and keep it basic - Hershey's miniatures will suffice.

Bring suntan lotion. Stangely enough, it is expensive in Rio - R$20 for a smallish (4 oz) when you can get an 8 oz bottle at any Target/Wal Mart for US$5.00.

Catocony, those sound like good suggestions. I've also heard about bringing small vibrators, pocket rockets, as gifts. Good idea or not? Take those to termas, or just for overnights?

And I know people here appreciate digital cameras being taken, for the pics afterward. Are those relatively easy/safe to take?

I've never had a problem with a camara, just bring a basic one, the smaller the better. Don't drag the big SLR down with you, it could make you a target.

Feel free to bring a pocket rocket or two, just be prepared to "lose" them at some point while you're here.

Priew-Your stunner from the end of your last Trip Report is still around Help every night, but she cut her hair short and wears blue contacts now. She asks $400 for all night and $300 for two hours and she wouldn't come down, so I passed.

Her friend was going off on me in English, "$200 Reals, are you kidding? Look at her shoes! Those shoes alone cost $300 reals!"

I said, "Tell her I don't want to fuck her shoes." Friend laughed, she didn't ;) Seems like she has a bit of an attitude, but definitely a looker.

Although Sweet talked me out of it last year, this year, we may have to go back to the Marriott for Thanksgiving dinner. Last year, we had guys' night out at Esplanade Grill, which was nice, but I missed molesting my date at dinner at the Marriott, and then kicking her out of my room upstairs when she asked for R$300 for short time. She was buck naked and walking out of my shower when she decided to renenogiate her price for the evening

Of course, later that night was when a Help garota grabbed my used rubber, tied a knot in it to keep the jizz from running out, and tried to put it in her purse to take home and inspect it "in her microscope". If I've said it once, I'll say it again for the new guys - chasing a garota around the hallway of the top floor of the JW Marriott at 5:00 in the morning with her waving a used rubber filled with your spunk is not a traditional way of celebrating Thanksgiving. But in Rio, it seems to fly.

Back12draft--That was Reals. I'm just used to throwing that dollar sign in there.

And, no, she's definitely NOT making breakfast. A good friend got with her my first week down there. He was new in Rio, and smitten, so he gave her 400 Reals for all night. He said after the first pop, she was like, "Let's go back to Help."

He's like, "No, I've already got you here, why do I want to go to Help?" But she seemed insistent, so he said, "Okay, look, I'll give you 200 Reals for your time here and you can go back to Help."

She said, "No, no, that's okay," and rolled over like she wanted to go to sleep. He's trying to fuck her again, and she's mumbling about having to get up for school in the morning, blah, blah, blah. He persists, and finally, she turns on him, "You CRAZY!! You on Coca!! You want fuque-fuque all night! You crazy on Coca!!!"

So the poor bastard paid her the 400 Reals and told her to get out. Just to get rid of her. And I did see her walking around Help again later that night. Almost worth the money for all the laughs we had about it later, though he may disagree ;)

She sounded great in Priew's report, but maybe she's getting an attitude now...

Oh, and seeing how my 5 year visa just arrived, I guess I can formally announce that I'll be in Rio again on September 7th through...indefinitely. Til I die, or they kick me out, whichever comes first ;)

(If anyone's wondering, I got it through http://www.abriggs.com I requested a five year, and a woman called me and said she'd need a letter from me explaining to the consulate in Washington why I needed a five year. I told her I just didn't want to go through the hassle of renewing every time, and if I could only get a 90 day, that would have to work. But in the end, I got the 5 year anyway without a letter.)

Gibletpic, the stunner (Gabrielle) has a guy from LA who sends her 4K a month not to work, so she can afford to stick to her sky high prices.

She also works in Centaruas now, thats why she doesnt want to fuck all night, because she knows she will be in the terma the whole day. Her and her 2 buddies (Simone and Shayanne) are bad news.
