How about carrying a collection of all those miniature grade sample bottles that you find in decent hotel rooms? All those little things that the chicas love, such as small shampoo bottles, soap bottles, mini sponges, disposable razors, listerine strips, etc, etc. Perhaps this could be marketed as a travel kit or some such. Maybe this stuff is too easy to find at your local drugstore.
How about carrying some stuff that is possibly helpful for performance or in the event of contracting an STD? Could you carry some of that herbal stuff, or certain antibiotic creams, crab soap, etc? CH could be a good place to come relatively anonymously for legal over-the-counter
remedies.
How about selling security items such as money belts for the hypervigilant traveler?
Is there a market for selling pocket rockets and stuff like that?

How about affordable pocket rockets? $10-15 is a great price. Also offer the real thing and the generic as the cheaper ones can break if used "roughly".
Another suggestion is the "Hombre Travel Pack" which might include all of your products in a sampler pack at a slight discount for the package price and come in a little case.

Airline Approved Corkscrew (the security check took my last one. A new plastic one is available now that makes it thru the xray)

DonGordo told me there's a Viagra substitute available through India that costs 50% of the real thing and works just as well. If that can be sold w/out a prescript (which I THINK it can) how big a seller would that be? Otherwise post a link to a REPUTABLE site that sells viagra.
There are other herbal stimulants that will boost the libido and enhance prostate function/production. You'd be surprised at how well these things might sell!
Furthermore, you might suggest offering shipping directly to the hotel. This would REALLY help out those who are married and need to keep a "low profile" while packing.
