The red light district in Antwerp is not as close to high traffic tourist areas like they are in Brussels and Amsterdam. Despite less traffic, I found the number and attractiveness of prostitues available to be within the same range. Slightly lower prices and in my opinion better attitudes among the women were alos results of being away from the tourist mobs.
The RLD can be found a bit north of the city center before the many docks such as Bonapartedok and Willemdok. It is formed where Oudemanssrtaat branches off into the streets Verversrui and Vingerlingstraat, which merges into Blauwbroekstraat, and are connected by a pathway through a window prostitute complex called the Villa Tinto, making the RLD in the shape of an uppercase A from an aerial view.
The easiest way to get here is to take the 4 or 7 tram north and get off at the Sint Pietersvliet stop. The stops are not well marked and there are no announcements aboard the tram, so I recommend counting the number of stops from where you get on. According to the metro map, Sint Pietersvliet is after the Klapdorp stop when going north. After getting off the tram, walk east onto Oudemansstraat and you will walk into the RLD right after you pass Leguit. Here's a link to the metro map, it's too big to post here. I'm not sure of the operating hours of the RLD. The earliest I arrived was around 10am and the latest I left was 8pm.
The setup is similar to the Brussels RLD with prostitutes in windows alone or in groups. You can walk up to discuss prices and services. Unlike Brussels, you don't have cars driving by as the RLD is within pedestrian walkways only. The standard quote I received was 40-50 euros for 20 minutes which included covered blow job and sex. They didn't break out separate quotes for multiple positions or touching like Brussels and Amsterdam. The session took place in full sized bedrooms. I should note that I only had two sessions in Antwerp and am basing this description on that experience.
During the two days I visited, it seemed the number of available prostitutes was between 20-40. The average quality was significantly lower with more older, uglier, and fatter prostitutes than I saw in Brussels and Amsterdam. The Villa Tinto in particular seemed almost exclusively dogs, and there were transexuals working some windows which I didn't see in any of the other RLDs. Still, I found more than enough attractive women for at least a few days. Like I noted for the Brussels RLD, some of these women were top-notch in looks compared to other places in the world. The two I spent time with were from Germany and Romania.
The better attitudes among the women led to better quality sessions. I had one of my best sessions of the trip in Antwerp with the other maybe number 3 or 4. The sessions couldn't compare to popular destinations like Brazil, Philippines, or other places, but I knew not to expect that.

Compared to similar RLDs I've visited of this type, I would rank it first out of four ahead of The Hague (Netherlands), Brussels (Belgium) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).
This is a picture of Verversrui from Falconplein. You can't really see any of the windows, the most prominent storefront near the back is an adult store and peepshow, but the rest of that whole back section is part of the RLD.
