I made a day trip to The Hague from Amsterdam in October when visiting Belgium and the Netherlands. I'm working on a short trip report for the stay.
I discovered two red light districts during my research, a small budget one on Doublestraat and a more upscale one on the streets of Geleenstraat and Hunsestraat. Both are located between Den Haag Central and Den Haag HS (Hollands Spoor) Train Stations, closer to the latter but walkable from either. Neither is located next to high traffic tourist streets, so a map is highly recommended.
I'm not sure about the operating hours. I visited both in the late afternoon. All of the windows in both RLDs were visible from pedestrian views only.
Both RLDs were pretty small. I first visited the nicer one formed by the T insersection of Geleenstraat and Hunsestraat. There were about 25 prostitutes working that Tuesday afternoon, each had their own window, I didn't notice any shared spaces. I only spoke and sessioned with one woman who quoted 50 euros for 20 minutes then offered BBBJ and 10 more minutes for an additional 30 euros to which I agreed. Security was tighter here than the other RLDs I visited as I had to get buzzed into one door, then wait in a small area until the prostitute came to unlock the second door. The room we went to was her own with a full sized bed.
The budget RLD on Doublestraat was an easy 7 minute walk away. There were about 40 prostitutes working here but the level of attractiveness was considerably lower. There were also many more men wandering around, they appeared to have less money on average than the guys at the first RLD. I didn't find any of the women working here very attractive, there were maybe two I could consider if I was really horny. I didn't speak with any of the prostitutes here but had read the standard quote is 25 euros for 15 minutes. Since I didn't session here, I'm not including it as part of the rating below.
Attractive Talent: 3/5
Quality Service: 3/5
Value for Cost: 3/5
Compared to similar RLDs I've visited of this type, I would rank it (the nicer one) second out of four behind Antwerp (Belgium) but ahead of Brussels (Belgium) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).
