Trip Snippet from 2004/07 RobertX - Germany FKK (Second Visit)

The Pure Platinum in short is to be avoided: Cover $10, dances $25 (shorter than Golden Gate), low talent level, extremely smoky basement club, poor layout and way too mach hustle. I drank the beer, which came with cover, endured the hustler dances and finally went to my room – alone.

"P-squared" likes to bill itself as an American-style strip club. And they're right in that it's pure hustle and money, but in a small, cramped, unappealing room. However, it remains a favorite of 3 groups: Middle Eastern bachelor parties, US military, and tradeshow (Messe) attendees. I end up attending with coworkers who lack the balls to go to the FKKs.

The bachelor parties tend to come in groups of 8 to 20, and they like to get up close to the stage and perform traditional line-type group dances (I've seen this more than once!). Meanwhile what view you might have had of the tiny stage from your booth (no tables, no real floor space either) is blocked by 8 guys dancing.

The US military guys (and sometimes girls) tend to drink a lot and pay for a lot of lap dances, but in general stay quiet and unobtrusive.

The tradeshow folks are there in nice suits, order a couple drinks, and leave early.

Some of the girls are 8+, most are 6-8. Excellent english all around. Lots of Russians, Chezchs, and Osties (former East Germany). But as for attitude, it's all business, and very much like a high class strip club in the states - but in a much worse facility.
