$30 per night and friendly.

I am a frequent vistor to DR, 4 times this year, 5th in September. I spend most of my stays at Hotel Europa in the El batey section of sosua. Reasonable hotel, about $33-37 per night with good size rooms and air-conditioning. Women can be found just about anywhere. For selection I would go to the disco down the street called High Caribbean where just about any one is for sale. I would never pay more than 500 Pesos for the whole night with a girl from there. There is a strip club next door to the hotel is the Flamingo with has about 5-6 girls and in a pinch at least 3 a whorthwile.

The Europa is run by a German guy, but he and others do speak english. The rooms are very nice and large, with a kitchen, seating area and balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel also has a nice bar/restaurant. But the chica's must not be allowed to hang out there, because, I've never seen any there unescorted. They will let you take the girls to your room at no extra charge, as long as they leave an ID at the front desk. This policy protects you in 2 ways. The first is that, if something is stolen, you'll be able to track her down. And, if she is under 18, she won't have ID. This way you won't run into problems with underage girls.

Anybody stayed at the Europa lately? I will be going back to DR in Nov and I think I will stay there since the Sosua pussy is so nice! Mojo

I was around there about a year ago...decided to stay in a condo supplied by the admin at Rocky's.

I stopped by the Europa prior to that and they were full, I think the price had gone up to $33-35. They are selling some of the condos...so reservation highly encouraged.

When I stayed there 3 years ago I stayed at the annex...more privacy, more quiet, bigger rooms. Not sure you can still get the room above the bar (the one I got) it was pretty huge.

Stay tuned... will be staying here from December 10 - 13th. American Airlines had some incredible fares to Dominican Republic (ended up costing around $250 with taxes), so couldn't pass up the opportunity to try out a new place. I will be in Florida for about 10 days before returning back to Rio and needed a little weekend diversion. I like the fact that DR is so close...

Stayed at this hotel last weekend and I thought it was a good deal at $130 for 3 days, including taxes, and cleaning....$43.33 a night. Very centrally located and within walking distance of all of the bars and center of the action.

Girls available pretty much as soon as you leave the hotel.

I was given the choice of two rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. I looked at both, and the one the first floor had a large split A/C while the one the second had an old window type A/C. Picked the one on the first floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful...the girl behind the reception desk was super cute.

For the price hard to beat - but it is simple. The biggest complaint I would have is that all those energy efficient bulbs inside the room make it somewhat dark, especially in the bathroom.

I spent little time in the room, but the bed was big and comfortable.

Super girl friendly - no joiner fee and the girls need to leave their ID at the front desk. The room also had a safe.

I would certainly stay there again
