An indoor club with anywhere from 100 chicas and up. They have an hourly rate or an all night rate. This is the top of the line in Santiago.

As a gringo who once lived in Santiago, let me set the record straight. Passions Club sucks. Last time I was there the girls were all a bunch of old pros. Most worked in Puerto Plata or Sosua ripping off gringos before migrating to Santiago seeking fresh meat. They were all cokeheads and wanted 2500+ pesos. This is double of what they wanted only a few years ago. I didn't even see anything special there, mostly 5's. Casablanca and Riverside are smaller and might have a little better girls.

But why go all the way to the DR to pay $150 for fagged-out, drugged-up *****? And why stay at the Gran Admirante for $100 / night. Your best bet is to stay at the Hotel Puerto Rico (tell Tony that you are a friend of Dan's) for $8 / night and chase the girls in the Plaza Valerio. Prices there are like 200 pesos ($11 US).

But why give these ****** your money at all? I prefer to spend my time with normal dominican women. What makes the DR special is that 90% of the dominicanas are available. All you have to do is speak a little spanish and let them spoil you.

RT, I think you may have meant Ilusion instead of Pasion. I was with the same lady at Ilusion on Juan Pablo Duarte just a few minutes away from Casa Blanca.

Pasion is on Aeropista Duarte next to Zeus Cabanas. They are many other cabanas in the immediate vicinity such as Helios.

I only visited Pasion twice, I wasn't aware of any theme nights like at Ilusion.

Another difference is the location of the door to the restaurant. At Pasion the door is on the left side of the room when you enter. At Ilusion, the door is directy ahead to the left of the bar and DJ booth.

You are right, Vlad. Ilusion it was. Just down the block from Casa Blanca.

The following is a report from last night when I really went to Pasion.

There was some good talent there, but I did not take any ladies on my first night because everyone I talked to seemed very unfriendly.

They also quoted quite high (4000 pesos) for on site service. There were two spinners there that were gorgeous, one blonde and one brunette. I probably should have taken them as trophies.

There is also a cover fee that got added to our first check, but I don't remember what it was. I did session there later in the trip. I will post about that some other time.

There is some talent to be found there. I just had bad luck and bad vibes from the ladies.

When I went back I got a lady here for 2000. The session was ok, but nothing to write home about. Out of the the place in Santiago I visited, I think Pasion had the higest percentage of stunners and probably the best talent. But I don't get the impression session quality is that good overall there. The rooms in the back are only for 48 minutes, but are fairly nice.

RT here. Despite my lousy time (above), I was willing to chalk it up to happenstance and give Pasions another chance. That chance came yesterday.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Don't waste your time or money at this hard-core clip joint.

Arriving at midnight on a Friday, the place was busy but not packed. As an aside, Pasions is dark and loud. The entire country is loud, but you really couldn't see much of anyone or anything there.

After circling and getting settled at the corner seat at the bar (at least there is some ambient light), I watched the girls for a while. Xen is right, none of them seem all that happy or excited to be there. Even the dancing girls looked as if they were serving their sentences, rather than enjoying themselves.

I finally chanced upon Ruth. She was smiling and seeming to have fun talking with her friends. Se saw me staring and came over.

I had no problem with the RD$4,500 pesos (todo la noche) quoted. I knew that Pasions had a higher pricing structure. I paid, she went and changed into real clothes and we left for my hotel.

This girl said one word real well: NO. I heard it a lot. No this; no that; certainly not that, either. As it was, the one thing she would do, she did well, so it was a pleasurable half hour.

Then she jumped up, washed off, and got dressed. I asked, "Where are you going?". Out dancing, she said. Home to my baby, she said. Back to work, she said.

When I pointed out that she agreed to TLN (I was VERY clear about it), she just said that she wasn't tired and I should go to sleep.

My Spansh doesn't include, "You are a no good, lying, piece of crap", so I just remined her three times that she agreed to Todo La Noche (she never denied it), and told her to leave.

And yet, Ruth was very upset with no propina or no money for a taxi.

I work in the DR and spend a lot of time mongering. This has ONLY happened to me (now twice) at Pasions. From now on, when it is my money, it gets spent at either Casablanca or Ilusions.

That's very discouraging, I'm sorry to hear about this unladylike lady. It's very unfortunate that there seems to be so few options, especially now after Porky's(Riverside) has closed.

I found lovely ladies named Lucy and Alexandria at Pasion, but they were in-house visits only and could only be described as were only fair. I will certainly be less likely to consider an all night excusion there in the future.

When I next visit, I will try to find out what I can about car wash options or less known clubs such as the Diversity one we found.

Yeah, Vlad. VERY discouraging. I miss Porky's more with each passing day.

Although I have never had a bad time at either CasaBlanca or Ilusions, it's nice to have a choice.

I had successes in both those places last week. Nothing to report on, but I submitted photos to Hombre yesterday. They should be up in a day or two.

It looks like I will be working half the time in Santiago (the rest in Florida), so I should have some more varied information once that gets started, probably in a month or two.

Passions Night Club looks like a regular night club inside but it was very dark and very difficult to see the chicas. My first impression was how much staff was on the floor.
