Over the last couple of weeks or so, I've ventured into La Tropa when most mongers didn't seem to be present.

I tried this place for the first time on Friday and liked it. These were the pluses for me:

1) The bar looks nice and it has a pool table in the back.
2) They played a variety of music, including Latin House music that I like to dance to (which is why I like to go to Las Pulgas every once in awhile.)
3) They had variedades and a variety of entertainment, including lap dances for $11 and even a ranchero style male singer (which I didn't like, but I appreciate the variety.)
4) The drinks were cheap at $2.50, which included mixed drinks.
5) A nice selection of girls (I didn't partake in any, I was just scoping the place out.)
6) They had some FEMALE waitresses. My rule of thumb is to always deal with females only, because you're less likely to get scammed. I've never been scammed by a female waitress and I like to take care of them with generous tips. Some of those male waiters are a bunch of parolee fucks.
