Once again...Castenada Pharmacy across from the Taxi stand, as you leave the turnstile, you will be staring at it across the street. 30 pills cost about 200.00 dollars, 5 pills cost 40.00, 100 mg, cut them in half. You can get them without a prescription, I recommend getting a prescription, the doctor owns the pharmacy, no exam, he will charge you 25.00 dollars though. If you go without a prescription don't get caught with it, I hide mine in my sock way down in my shoe in a Kleenex if I'm going to be walking around where I could be stopped. I recently got the prescription, he says it's good for life, so now I don't have to worry about it so much, however I'm still cautious. The stuff I get is called Vimax, a generic brand manufactured in Argentina for sale in Panama, bar coded, sealed and expiration dated.

I have been getting $32 for 5 100 mg for Vimax at farmacia Castaneda, no hassle, no questions asked.
With metal detector at border, there is no check as they are looking for weapons.

There are, as I and others posted, several pharmacies as you enter through the right turnstile and cross the road. I know a couple are open at 9:00 pm but I don't know about 11:00 pm. Why not ask your taxi driver. Phamacia is a well knwn word.

There are several places open all night, but you will have to pay top dollar; around $18 (100mg). During the day, it is not hard...I mean, it is not difficult... to find it for $12-$13. One store we can refer to as "the last liqour store", is located along the pedestrian return walkway just before the customs building and sells $100mg Phizer (out of bottle) for $18. The pharmacist will wrap it in a tissue and direct you to the front cash register to pay for it. There is also another place 24hrs on the corner of Constitution and (I think) 4th (maybe 5th). I would suggest being very discreet with handling your purchase; IMO, always assume your being watched. There are at least a couple other places and at least one of them on Revolution will not sell it without a script.

If the cops should stop and search you, finding your Viagra, it is very possible they will try to scare a sum of money out of you. If you're not in a scared mood, politely chose the correct option of asking to see "the judge". You may get only a warning or otherwise just a fine. Better yet, keep wrapped up V in your sock (deep into the shoe!), or some how secured in your waistband where it can not be found in the routine street search.

For complete peace of mind, why not just get the $25 prescription at Castenada Pharmacy? If you factor in the extra cost of the prescription with your future purchases, it's a small price to pay.

For clarification purposes, which set of turnstiles is Castenada directly across from? And what time does it close? Also, is Vimax exactly the same as Viagra in all aspects?

Ootie, like the scam doctors on the internet who are prescribing Viagra, I'm guessing the Castaneda prescription comes with limited or no refills at all.

If you want peace of mind, get a script from your regular Dr. next time you see him. If he won't give it to you, you probably shouldn't be messing with it. Then get one or two pills with the U.S. script and now you've got a bottle labeled with a U.S. prescription. Your legit doc won't charge you for refills -- only takes a call from your pharmacist. Anytime I travel to TJ I put any Viagra I obtain from any source into the bottle with the prescription label.

I'm a little nervous about this Vimax stuff - I need more info for my own peace of mind on this one. Obviously it's not intended for sale in Mexico or the U.S. It's a black market situation with a drug manufactured in South America for Panama? Not for me...not yet.

I have had a similar effect at times with Vimax. I don't know if its psychological or what but I definitely do not have the normal side effects as I do with Viagra. Very old news. Both Vs have reduced potency if you have had a large meal or if you have been drinking.
